Dan O’Sullivan

Lacey O’Sullivan

Dan O’Sullivan is a facilitator, strategist, and experience designer dedicated to
helping people and teams unlock clarity through immersive, nature-based retreats. In his previous life, Dan spent 25 years as a corporate executive leading a large sales
organization across Europe and the Middle East. In that capacity he organized an
annual 400-person industry conference, lead multiple client ski retreats and
organized quarterly leadership and development retreats for his own management team. As a passionate surfer, skier/snowboarder and hiker, Dan has witnessed the transformative power of combing work with fun. After years of working in fast-paced corporate environments and witnessing the
growing disconnect brought on by remote work and digital overload, Dan became
passionate about designing environments that help people slow down, think deeply,
and reconnect with purpose. His work blends structured strategic thinking with
human-centered facilitation, all supported by the belief that meaningful conversations happen best in beautiful, remote places.
As co-founder of Vibe Maintenance Industries, Dan leads vision, content
development, and retreat strategy—working closely with groups to craft experiences that spark insight, connection, and forward momentum. Whether guiding a workshop, leading an outdoor challenge, or helping teams articulate their long-term
goals, Dan brings clarity, presence, and a genuine commitment to helping people
thrive.

Lacey O’Sullivan is a Jackson Hole–based hospitality professional whose work revolves around building meaningful connections—whether through intimate weddings, transformative workshops, or nourishing shared meals. After earning her degree in Exercise & Sport Science and Media from UNC Chapel Hill, she moved to Jackson in 2019 and has since built a multifaceted career as a private chef, ski instructor, innkeeper, and experience designer.
Deeply engaged in the local community, Lacey volunteers as a KHOL radio DJ and
participates in the region’s creative scene as a natural dyer and maker at farmers’
markets. Her love of community—creating it, supporting it, and participating in
it—inspires her belief that small groups have the power to spark real transformation.
At Vibe Maintenance Industries, Lacey channels that passion into designing retreats that blend nature, creativity, and connection. She’s dedicated to crafting experiences where people can slow down, feel seen, and grow together in intentional, inspiring settings.
